Questions before ordering your pillow-soft Epiphany Café donuts

Small Orders

We only accept online orders through the catering page of our website.

At least one business day before the pickup date. However, we will not charge you for ordering earlier.

Cut off period for next-day orders is 12 noon. (Orders received after this time will be scheduled on the business day after the next. For example, if you order 2 boxes of 9 assorted donuts on Monday past 12 noon your order will be scheduled for pickup on Wednesday.)

Online orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

We don’t do same-day online orders. (Alternatively, you can ring stores near you for the available donuts in-store).

Name, mobile number, donut flavours (see our donut flavour guide), quantity, proposed pickup date, proposed pickup cafe location, proposed pickup time.

Received orders will be confirmed by the Epiphany Café team either through text or email within 1 business day. If you don’t receive any confirmation, please do not hesitate to follow up at dhan@epiphanycafe.co.nz should this be the case.

Sorry, we don’t deliver donuts for small orders for now. But we are currently working on the possibilities.

Payment is made when the donuts are picked up.

Changes and cancellations cannot be made once the Epiphany Cafe team has confirmed the order. Well, you might not regret having the delicious and pillow soft donuts.

Bulk Orders (54 pieces of assorted donuts and above)

We accept online orders through the catering page of our website.

At least 3 business days prior to the pickup day. However, we will not charge you for ordering weeks earlier.

Online orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

Name, mobile number, donut flavours (see our flavour guide), quantity, proposed pickup date, proposed pickup cafe location, proposed pickup time.

If you require a special time to pick the donuts up, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

Sorry, we do not do deliveries as of this moment. But in the case of bulk orders, try to give us the information and the team might be able to manage.

In the bulk order context, we need to use our white containers. Which correspondingly we require a $30 Cash Deposit per container. (Will be refunded after returning the containers – on the same store it was collected)

Yes, a deposit of 25% of the total bill is required. Payment details will be emailed.

The balance is paid when the donuts are picked up.

Changes to the order must be made 3 business days before the pickup date before the 12 noon cut off.

Cancellations can only be made 3 business days before pickup or delivery date, also before the 12 noon cut off; the deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made after 12 noon will not be accepted; deposits will not be refunded if the cancellation is made outside the allowed period.
