STEP 1: Order

Send the product from our offering range (Coffee, Hot-drinks, Iced-drinks, and assorted box of 6 & 9 Donuts) to the selected store via text. You can find the store contact details via our official social media platform. In your text order, kindly include:

1. NAME

2. Order:

Below are the available products:

• Box of 6 Assorted Donuts – $21.50
• Box of 9 Assorted Donuts – $32.00 
• Hot Drinks (Check our website for more details)  
• Cold Drinks (Check our website for more details) 

3. Pick date & time:

** Kindly ensure you’re reaching out to the store that you are intended to collect.

STEP 2: Store response

The respective store manager will respond to your order in due course. You will be asked to provide the necessary details before the order is being processed.

STEP 3: Location and Pickup

Once you’ve received the order confirmation, you can proceed to pick up the ordered products at the respective store after 20 minutes.

STEP 4: Enjoy yourself 

Enjoy the food within your bubble and have fun. Stay safe! *** wash your hands before eating

Text and collect is designed for Covid -19 Alert level 3,  our customer is required to collect the products at the selected stores which provide this service. 

Changes and cancellations cannot be made once your payment is confirmed. Well, you might not regret having delicious and pillow soft donuts and drinks!  

We are regret to inform you that choosing the donut flavour is not available at Alert Level 3 . As we are only offering assorted box of 6 and 9, the flavours will be chosen by us based on the available flavour that we have in our store.  However, you can always inform our team your preferable donut flavours but there’s no guarantee the flavour will be given in any circumstances.  IF you have any food allergies or intolerance, please inform our team and we will avoid choosing the flavours you are allergic to.

1. Pre-paid order through bank transfer (Screenshot of payment required) 
2. Orders can only be cancelled at least an hour prior to the pickup time; payment will not be refunded beyond this cancellation period.
3. As food are prepared prior to pick up, unclaimed orders beyond half an hour from pick up time are still to be charged in full.
4. If you have an allergy or intolerance to any food please let me know so we can make sure your meal is served correctly.
5. Re-scheduling of the pick-up day/time is only allowed at least an hour before pickup. Rescheduling beyond this point may incur additional costs.
6. Orders will only be acknowledged once a successful payment through bank transfer (screenshot) has been received.
