We only accept online orders through the contact page of our website.

Yes. It’s a two-step process:
Tell us about the fundraiser here. Give us one business day to respond.
Once we’ve responded favorably through email, we will require a down payment of 25% of the total amount. Please pay within 2 days upon receiving the email.

3 business days prior to the pickup day.

The cut off period for making orders is 3pm. (If you put an order for 50 assorted donuts on a Monday past 3pm, the donuts won’t be ready on Thursday. They will be ready on Friday.)

Online orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

We don’t do same-day online orders.

Cut off period for next-day orders is 3pm. (Orders received after this time will be scheduled on the business day after the next. For example, if you order 2 boxes of 9 assorted donuts on Monday past 3pm your order will be scheduled for pickup on Wednesday.)

Online orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

How do I know if my order is confirmed? 2017-04-09T06:35:45+00:00

Received orders will be confirmed by Epiphany either through text or email. If you don’t receive any confirmation it means your order did not go through. Please do not hesitate to follow up at admin@epiphanycafe.co.nz should this be the case.

Yes. There is a delivery fee of $15 within a 10km radius of any Epiphany Café branch.

Yes we do for bulk orders of 84 pieces. There is a delivery fee which depends on the location.

Yes, a deposit of 25% of the total bill is required. Payment details will be emailed.

Payment is made when the donuts are picked up.

Pay on or before the scheduled pick-up day. For deliveries, please pay a day before the scheduled delivery.

Can I still change the donut flavours or cancel my order? 2017-04-09T06:39:37+00:00

Changes to the order must be made 2 business days before the pickup or delivery date, before the 3pm cut off.

Cancellations can only be made 2 business days before pickup or delivery date, also before the 3pm cut off; the deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made after 3pm will not be accepted; deposits will not be refunded if the cancellation is made outside the allowed period.

The balance is paid when the donuts are picked up or at least a day before the date of delivery (paid online).

Changes and cancellations cannot be made once Epiphany has confirmed the order.

Yes, but please do so 3 business days before the pick- up/delivery date. (Only cancellations made during this time frame will be accepted.)

Within the day. Don’t get us wrong, they’ll still taste ah-mazing the next day, but the pillow-like texture is best enjoyed within the day you get them!
